Peter

Peter is a 32-year-old male who witnessed the injury and death of a loved one in a traffic accident and has since suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). On the advice of a friend, Peter turned to us for help. Through an initial assessment, our counselor developed a systematic trauma treatment plan for him by applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. During the treatment, Peter gradually confronted his traumatic experiences and learned to identify and adjust negative thoughts related to PTSD. Meanwhile, the counselor helped him master relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety responses.

After several months of consistent treatment, Peter's symptoms significantly improved.
